This is a unique Device given an Effluent Treatment Plant with Zero Liquid Discharge this technology reduces the Spent wash generation as well as we have provided them with Spent Wash Incarnation Unit Combine with Steam and Power Generation using  a Waste heat recovery along with a turbine where in the Steam generated from the waste is used both for the production process as well as balance steam is extracted by the Turbine for Generating Electricity this technology reduced the Spent Wash Generation and increased the Production capacity by almost 100%.  With this solution now the company has gained in terms of productivity as well as it is having a pollution free and green environment.
